Fundraiser Due Monday (10/16)

• Please tally the item column and the money column.
• Make sure the money collected adds up to the cost of the items sold.
• Checks payable to Orchard View.
• Turn in top two forms (white/yellow), you can keep the pink sheet (3rd sheet).
• ​Make sure your name is on the form.
• Turn in money and forms in a sealed envelope. 

ProTip: Write a single check for the total amount.
