OV Choir  Student Account Rules

  • Purpose of Funds
    • Money in student accounts is exclusively for Orchard View Choir trips and related expenses.
  • Non-Transferable Withdrawals
    • No cash or check withdrawals are allowed from student accounts under any circumstances.
  • Transfer of Funds
    • Funds may be transferred to a sibling's choir account if they are also enrolled in the Orchard View Choir Program.
  • Account Maintenance
    • Student accounts are maintained only while the student is enrolled in the Orchard View Choir Program.
  • Inactive Accounts
    • If a student leaves the choir program for any reason, their account balance will be absorbed into the Choir Student Activities Account to support program-wide needs.
  • Account Tracking
    • Official account balances will be maintained by the choir program administration. Please email the director to inquire about account balance. 
  • Compliance and Review
    • All use of funds must comply with these rules and be approved by the choir director or administration when necessary. These rules are subject to periodic review and updates to align with program needs.
